Caroline Cushing began her training in Virginia where she studied at the Russell School of Ballet. In Utah, she continued her study of ballet in addition to training in jazz, modern, musical theatre and pilates. In the 20 years that she has been dancing she has won numerous awards both in her career as a solo dancer and as a choreographer. She currently serves as assistant to the head dance coach at a local high school and she has continued her own dance training by joining Compass Performing Dance Company in Salt Lake City. Although she is busy with her teaching, performing, and choreographing, she maintained a 4.0 GPA at the University of Utah where she graduated with a bachelor of science in Human Development. Caroline enjoys working with students of all ages and abilities, helping them to develop the same passion for dance that she has. .
